We were blown away by the exceptional service at Hotel Wasoukan Europe. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a seamless check-in process. the search car service they provided was a game-changer, making exploring the area stress-free and convenient. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, with ironing facilities that came in handy for refreshing our clothes after a day of sightseeing. the heating kept us cozy during the chilly evenings, and the tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch for relaxing in our sitting area. the terrace outside our room was a tranquil oasis, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. the patio was a delightful spot to soak up some sun, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the garden furniture added a touch of elegance to the outdoor space, and the free toiletries were luxurious. the washing machine was a convenient amenity for longer stays, and the cookware/kitchen utensils made it easy to prepare meals. We appreciated the electric kettle for making tea and the flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring. We cannot recommend Hotel Wasoukan Europe highly enough - it exceeded our every expectation and left us with unforgettable memories of our time in London.
